EOT Crane

Electrical Overhead Traveling (EOT) cranes are simplest type of cranes used in industries for maintenance purpose (mostly). The capacity can go up to 50 tons.

EOT Crane Types

Single Girder Cranes

Single girder cranes are designed to give a high performance at lesser cost. It is deemed as cost effective and is typically used with low to medium capacity cranes. Plicare specializes in beam girder as well as box girder with very good designs carrying guaranteed performance.

Double Girder Cranes

Double girder cranes are generally used with high capacity loads and they provide much better lift when compared to single girder cranes. Double girder cranes run with a crab (trolley) on top. Due to their design advantage, maintenance becomes easy.

Underslung Cranes

Underslung Cranes consist of bridge girder fitted to end trucks operating on the lower load carrying flange of the runway girder usually supported from the building roof trusses.

Cabin Crane

A crane can be operated from a cabin that moves with the crane. The cabin is usually below the main girder so that the operator has a clear view of the crane’s working area. For maximum visibility, the cabin has windows on all sides, including the floor, and sometimes even the roof.

Circular Crane

It is used for construction purpose, pumping unit, petrochemical industry etc. This crane is apt for circular structures where the runway rail are to be installed on it and runs smoothly on a circular trail.

Goliath Crane

A Goliath Crane (Gantry Cranes) is a kind of overhead crane with a single or double girder establishment supported by separate legs that move on wheels or a rail system or along a track. They are generally taken into consideration when there is a reason not to involve an overhead runway system.

Semi-Goliath Crane

Semi-goliath cranes are a valuable lifting solution for some applications. Their novel plan implies they can help keep both costs down and let you completely use the space in your work environment to the best impact. Semi-goliath cranes comprise a horizontal-lifting beam or beams upheld by one floor-mounted rail (like those utilized in traditional gantry crane designs). Furthermore, one raised rail, similar to those utilized in overhead crane frameworks.

Lattice Girder Crane

A lattice girder gantry crane is a gantry crane that uses a lattice truss as the main beam. The lattice girder can reduce crane self-weight and wind resistance. The lifting device can be a Model CD/MD wire rope monorail hoist or a hoist/winch on a trolley frame for a double lattice girder.

Mono Rail Curved Crane

A curved monorail is type of lifting device for moving a load from point A to point B on a non-linear path. This type of monorail is manufactured by bowing to the desired radius of curvature, depending on the hoist carriage radius allowance.
